Domestic
Section
We always have a truly impressive
indoor section, reputedly one of the best around, with more
than 140 classes for cookery, jams, fruit, farm produce, eggs,
flowers, needlework, handicrafts, photography and art.
There is also an array of
trophies up for grabs in this section. The Helen O'Donoghue
Memorial Perpetual Trophy will be awarded to the overall best
exhibit in the cookery section. The overall winner in the
farm produce section will receive the Michael Walsh Memorial
Perpetual Plaque (judged on a points system). The Jerh. Murray Memorial Perpetual Cup
is presented to the overall winner in the horticulture section. The overall champion in the knitting section will receive
the Vincent Smith Trophy and The Cleary Cup will be awarded to
the overall winner in the Arts and Crafts Section
Our arts and crafts section
has a wide range of classes for all age groups, from children
to Active Retirement and Day Care Centre groups. We also run
hugely sccessful classes for schoolchildren and teenagers
in conjunction with the local schools.
We also have an I.S.A. qualifier
for the Odlums All Ireland Home Cooking Championship, the
final of which will be held at Tullamore Show.
Note
All domestic
exhibits will be judged on Saturday July 2nd.

it to secretary@dunmanwayshow.com as
an attachment. You will then receive an invoice by email

which can be purchased at a paypoint outlet. If you are
